This is a profile of Marc Dos Santos, of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC. His resume includes being named North American Soccer League Coach of the Year in 2015 (led Ottawa Fury FC to NASCL championship final after a first-place finish in Fall season)


2008 - Impact won Inaugural CAD Championships to claim Voyageurs Cup


2009 - Dos Santos named interim head coach and eventually head coach of Impact


2009 - Led Montreal through 3 diff leagues in consecutive campaigns - USL first div in ‘09, then USSF Div 2 in ‘10, and the NASL in 2011


2011 - Resigned from Montreal and fled for Brazil where he worked with 3 clubs - Primeira Camisa (then owned by Wo Cup Champion - Roque Junior) - when there achieved best result in Club history


2012 - hired by Palmeira, one of Brazil’s largest teams, as its Youth Academy Coordinator, he became head coach of Palmeiras U-15 and won the youth championship


2012 - Moved to Desportivo Brasil - where he was tech director and head coach


2013 - Ottawa Fury FC - named as first ever manager of new NASL franchise, a role he held until fall 2015


2015 - First manager of Swope Park Rangers (near Kansas) - led to USL Cup Final


2016 - Named as 1st head coach of San Fran Deltas


2016 - Cristiano Ronaldo helped country win 1st national championship


2017 - Led Deltas to 2nd place finish and NASL Soccer Bowl Championship


2018 - Named head coach of Vancouver Whitecaps FC (MLS)
