1990 - Worked for World Vision for five years


1995 - Went to Law school at University of Toronto


1998 - Began work as lawyer in Halifax at Cox & Palmer, specialized in issues of youth justice 


2007 - Returned to World Vision Canada to serve as Vice President, Public Affairs


2010 - Executive Vice President, COO World Vision Canada


March 30, 2015 -  Michael named President of World Vision Canada


Mar 1, 1999 -  Ottawa Treaty signed, banning landmines in several countries, World Vision, along with other organization was key in initiating this


Aug 26, 2020 - The sermon Michael gave, God's Promise and Our Purpose at The Meeting House 


Sep 19, 2018 - Stats form World Bank indicating the world is doing a better job fighting extreme poverty.
